Shipping policy
It's important to clarify that order processing times are separate from the shipping times you see at checkout.
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays and ANY CUSTOM ORDERS) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Due to the nature of USPS and other shipping carriers, Katie the Krafter IS NOT liable for any missing or damaged packages. Once your package is with the carrier there is unfortunately nothing that Katie the Krafter can do to fix it. Please feel free to email azkatiethekrafter@gmail.com with questions or concerns.

Local delivery
Local Delivery and In-Store Pickup are not currently available.
International Shipping
We do not offer international shipping to anywhere outside the United States.
Order Tracking
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at azkatiethekrafter@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
Unfortunately, Katie the Krafter cannot guarantee proper shipping to P.O. boxes. If this is provided we will still ship to address given. Katie the Krafter is not liable for lost or misplaced products by shipping carriers.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We do not accept returns, refunds or exchanges. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please understand that Katie the Krafter is not liable for damages that happen during shipping. We recommend reaching out to your local post office service to receive assistance with the issue.
